Governance at Christ Church

Beginning in 2008. Christ Church has begun to govern its affairs through two interdependent boards or councils, each with its own particular responsibilities and expertise, the "Parish Council" and the "Board of Management."  

Parish Council

The “Parish Council” consists of appointed and elected members, and sets  strategic direction, enunciates vision, oversees related program, and establishes policy.

In 2008, the members of the Parish Council are:

Board of Management 

The “Board of Management” is elected in its entirety.  It functions alongside the Parish Council to enable the implementation of strategic vision and programs to the extent possible, through attention to the necessary resources (property, money, staff).
