The Primate's World Relief and Development Fund, one of most important
ways that Canadian Anglicans put their money where their faith is, bearing
witness to God's compassion to the world.
PWRDF is the way Canadian Anglicans have raised millions of dollars
to relieve human suffering and support sustainable development. Working
with established partners around the world and here in Canada, PWRDF
helps Canadian Anglicans to live out their faith by establishing relationships
that helps people to help themselves. PWRDF works in food security,
long term human health and advocacy. Whether responding with relief
to natural disaster, human conflict or longer term needs, PWRDF establishes
partnered responses that seeks to move beyond the emergency to bring
greater justice with lasting solutions through advocacy, education and
